How do I check the status of my order?
Please visit the “My Orders” section on the website and enter your email ID and order ID. You will get all the details about your order here.

My order has been placed. What happens next?

You will receive a confirmation email and a text message. The order will be shipped within 2 days, and when it does you’ll receive a tracking code. You may use this to track your package. It might take around 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after it has been shipped. If you haven’t received the code within 24 hours of shipping, write to us ASAP. Standard delivery time is approximately 7-15 business days but it may take longer due to Covid-19 or other forces beyond our control.

Why is my order taking too long to ship?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. However, delays might get caused due to Covid-19, natural calamities and other forces beyond our control. We request you to be patient as we work on getting your items to you as soon as possible.

Is there any minimum order requirement?

No, there are no such requirements. Currently, you can enjoy free shipping for all items purchased on Ladiocity.

What if my product is damaged?
If you have received an item that appears to be damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. To make sure you’re eligible for a refund, please go through our Returns and Refunds policy.

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

If you have received an item different from the one that you have ordered, please notify us within 24 hours. You may be asked to send photographic evidence as well.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to your Ladiocity account by using your email address and order ID.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Please tell us the reason why you want to return your order.
  4. Upload photographic evidence if required.
  5. Print your return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  6. Send all items back to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging using the label provided.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may get refunded. We cannot assure this as most orders are processed on the same day itself. However, we will try to provide you with the best customer service possible. Please go through our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made once we confirm the receipt of the returned parcel and if it meets the conditions for reimbursement. Check out our Returns and Refunds page for more information.

I’ve entered the wrong address, what do I do?

If the item hasn’t been shipped yet, write to us immediately. Ladiocity will not be responsible for items delivered to the wrong address and missing/stolen items. You won’t be eligible for a refund in these cases.

What happens if an item added to cart goes out of stock?

If a product goes out of stock after you have added to your cart, you will be updated immediately. You will not be able to place an order with the out-of-stock product(s) in your cart.

Why was my order cancelled?

Though we would love to deliver you your purchase every time you order from us, sometimes due to product failing quality checks at our end we would be forced to cancel your order.

What items fall under non-returnable categories?

The following items fall under the non-returnable category:

  • Items with missing tags
  • Items with wear, tear, stains caused by the customer
  • Items that have been washed
  • Items that have been modified in any way
  • Items with missing/tampered hygiene stickers
  • Innerwear, swimsuits, socks, lingerie, etc.

What happens if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

The delivery agent will notify you when your package is supposed to arrive. You can ask them to leave it with someone nearby you can trust. Please note that Ladiocity is not responsible if the package is stolen/lost or delivered to the wrong address.

I got an error while placing the order. I'm not sure if the order is placed.

Do not worry, if the order has been placed, it will be updated on the website in the “My orders” page. You can email us and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Can I make any changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed?

We request you to confirm and verify every detail before placing an order. In case you want to make any changes after placing an order, please notify us before the item has been shipped.

What if my credit card shows multiple charges?

Please contact via email for further assistance. 

If you see multiple charges on your card then you may have:

  1. a) clicked 'submit' more than once at the checkout stage due to poor internet connection
  2. b) moved back to update and/or change your order or details.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

If you have already received an email that says your item has been shipped, you cannot cancel/change your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

Do you pay for my return shipping?

If your product has been found to be damaged after review, we will pay for the return shipping. For more information, check out our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Yes, data exchanged with Ladiocity is encrypted. Your credit card information is safe.
